Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused/unopened condition to be returned. You must return the item within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

1. Please email info@tlcnaturalhair.com to request a return and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Include in your package a signed explanation stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

3. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
